In case you didn’t know, there’s been some very interesting developments for Ejami lately that seem to herald a big turn in their story. If you’d like to see the spoilers, and more importantly, to really discuss them, you should check out Forbidden Love if you haven’t already.
In a nutshell, EJ has lost Stefano and Lexie and he is going to turn to Sami for comfort, even saying that Lexie thought they could be a couple if they could stop trying to kill each other. Johnny is going to ask his parents to dance, and that certainly warms this Ejami lovin’ heart.
The one question that continues to reverberate through my mind is: has their time finally come? As as Ejami fan, it’s hard to believe, since we’ve burned before….almost too many times to count. Every prediction comes with qualifiers, hesitations, and well, sheer fear. But I think I’m ready to step up and say – I think it’s really happening this time. It just [i]feels[/I] different, onscreen and off.
Sami has been supportive, even accepting of EJ’s less than saintly side. Sami’s not trying to be another vanilla Brady heroine, and is rediscovering her badass bitchy side. Sami’s already established that she’s attracted to EJ and only seemed to move on because she doesn’t believe he could want to be with her again after everything that’s happened. They’re about as even-steven in the bad deeds to each other as they’ve ever been.
Behind the scenes, it looks like Ali and James are working together a lot, while the actors that they were working with seems to be at loose ends. The photoshoot, the rumblings of good scenes, a certain fanbase being happy….yeah, I’m ready to believe.
I’m beyond ready for some wicked Ejami, aren’t you? If you are, you know the drill, don’t be shy – step up and tell NBC (by email, letters, tweets, skywriting, whatever you’re inspired to do) that you’re ready for some wicked, loving Ejami. Their time has come.
